At CrunchiMedia Limited, I played a pivotal role in developing an innovative tool called Chati. This tool is a No-Code Chatbot WhatsApp automation platform designed to make it easier for businesses to engage with their customers. Using a variety of modern technologies like TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJs, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMq, and Docker.

One of my key contributions was implementing Broadcast Messaging. This feature allows companies to send targeted WhatsApp messages to large contact lists, making it an effective tool for marketing campaigns. To help businesses understand the impact of their messages, I also introduced detailed message analysis. This provided comprehensive insights, improving efficiency and helping companies nurture leads more effectively.

Integration with third-party services was another important aspect of Chati. I worked on connecting the platform with Google Sheets, Facebook Leads, Shopify, Razorpay, HubSpot, and ShipRocket. These integrations broadened the tool's capabilities and ensured a seamless workflow for users.

To enhance the performance, I optimized the system by using Redis. This significantly reduced the API response time, making the platform faster and more efficient. Additionally, I implemented robust analytics features that empowered businesses with data-driven decision-making, allowing them to optimize their campaigns.

One of the most exciting parts of my work was transforming user engagement through the No-Code WhatsApp Chatbot Builder. This feature enabled users to create chatbots quickly and easily, providing automated replies and improving customer interaction. The tool's user-friendly interface allowed even those without technical knowledge to build and deploy chatbots, leading to a more personalized and efficient customer engagement process.

Addressing scalability was a critical challenge. By using Redis for caching and optimizing the API response time, I ensured that the system could handle high volumes of usage without slowing down. I also developed a scalable architecture using Node.js worker threads, which managed job processing based on client subscription levels. This distributed the workload effectively and improved resource utilization.

Furthermore, I implemented a robust retry mechanism and optimized database operations to handle large-scale campaigns efficiently. This ensured message delivery even during peak usage times and minimized disruptions. I continuously explored new solutions to enhance scalability and performance, such as creating a separate service for handling webhooks using NodejsJS and RabbitMQ and optimizing background tasks for faster chatbot response times.
