Howdy, I created JS Chimp to help developers get leads for projects, contracts, and full-time work and to help companies have focused access to Javascript developers.

Currently, I am focused on growing JS Chimp and making sure it's the best tool for developers and companies.

My overall career is based on creating solutions to business problems. This includes my time in marketing firms, non-profits, and corporations.

- Developed lightweight apps to interact with enterprise Oracle EBS via APIs to optimize and automate workflows between suppliers/customers/employees.

- Hired as a full stack developer, but ended up focusing 90% on the backend.

Lead developer on the following:

- transition to Git/Bitbucket workflow

- refactor/architect apps from non-framework PHP 5 to PHP 7.2 / Laravel 5.8

- move development off servers and onto local computers via Homestead/Vagrant

- set up distinct Dev/Qual/Prod environments and databases for each app

- consolidate common code into a versioned Composer/Laravel package
