Having taken a hiatus from work to support my family during health issues, I used this time for self-reflection on my career path. After years of working with developers I wanted to have a deeper understanding of the intricacies of programming, motivated by this I decided to retrain in full-stack web development. I have become proficient in web development using Javascript, Ruby, Rails, Python, CSS, HTML, and more. I am committed to continuous learning in this field, currently by learning React.

As a Program Manager at Boku, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful integration of Apple services with carriers globally. Collaborating with internationally distributed teams at Boku and counterparts at Apple, I championed product and programmatic improvements. Some significant achievements include clearing a longstanding backlog of documentation and feature requests and leading a project to implement quantitative analytics for the first time in the program’s history.

During my tenure at Fitbit as a Product Specialist, I drove positive changes in both the product and support departments. Analyzing insights from support and financial data, I implemented new workflows, trainings, and product changes, resulting in a substantial reduction of support costs by up to 30% in 2018. My advocacy for bug fixes and the creation of support macros significantly decreased repeat contacts. Building strong relationships with cross-functional partners, I successfully positioned the Support organization at the decision-making table for product, engineering, and marketing strategies.

At my time with Guidebook in Palo Alto and as the Customer Success lead in the EMEA HQ in London, I directly engaged with clients, conducted workshops, and made impactful process improvements and product recommendations while building out the support team in London.
