Building Socialhive, a suite of SaaS products providing small businesses with tools to help make their business operations more simple and efficient.

- Leverages popular messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, along with an automated chatbot system and an interactive dashboard, to collect and manage data.

- Building a notification module which allows businesses to send custom, targeted notifications to their clients via WhatsApp.

- Building a promotions module, which’ll be used to create and manage digital customer promotions.

- Developed a customer support module, which allows our clients to handle customer inquiries more efficiently.

- Building an insurance module which allows customers to submit motor vehicle insurance claims.

- Building an appointment scheduling module which’ll allow customers to schedule appointments from the web and WhatsApp.

Built a promotion platform which allowed our clients to digitize their customer

promotions. It leveraged WhatsApp to allow customers to submit their entries,

which are then received and validated from a dashboard.

- Developed a retail audit platform for Wisynco. It uses chatbots and WhatsApp to

drastically simplify collecting data, and provides an interactive dashboard for

processing the data collected. It has a powerful API that easily integrates with

their internal systems. The platform has optimized Wisynco’s various business

processes quite a bit and continues to do so.

Developed a program scheduler for SportsMax, the Caribbean's leading sports

broadcasting company.
