I rolled out the platform using a microservices approach, and Docker became my go-to for ensuring each service ran smoothly in its own container.
The frontend was all Angular. I've always appreciated how Angular, with its RxJS, lets me manage state and handle real-time data effortlessly.
For the backend, I tapped into the power of Node.js. Its event-driven nature was exactly what I needed for our data-heavy operations.
The real game-changer was when I incorporated Python and PyTorch. I developed a decision prediction model that sifted through our daily code results from ENOVIA, making our decision-making swift and efficient.
I also set up RESTful API endpoints using Express.js, ensuring our frontend and backend talked seamlessly and also opened doors for potential integrations with other tools.
Then came Task4All.
I built the backend using Node.js, harnessing the capabilities of Express.js to craft a robust API. I paired this with a relational database (PostgreSQL), ensuring our task data was always structured and query-ready.
On the frontend, I stuck with Angular. Using our internal UI kit, I designed a UI that wasn't just interactive but also looked sleek.
Real-time updates were crucial. So, I integrated Socket.io with Node.js, ensuring every team member was always in sync with the latest task changes.
The final piece of the puzzle was integrating GOFast and Task4All. By creating a bridge between the two (using Angular Workspaces), I aimed to streamline error management and task synchronization, significantly boosting our team's responsiveness to any issues that cropped up.
Importantly, I successfully introduced and promoted GOFast to multiple internal teams. This led to its widespread adoption across numerous brands, such as ENOVIA, BIOVIA, SOLIDWORKS, GEOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, and NETVIBES.
