MyRegPlates – Tech Lead & Principal Developer (Feb 2023 – Present)

• Architected and engineered a global auction platform, handling various types of data such as auctions, bids, documents, payment information and more.

• Implemented live, real-time data transport mechanisms using Websockets, allowing for retrieval of up-todate information relating to the current status of the auctions on the site, as well as enabling the capability for a large number of concurrent POST requests to the server.

• Connected the platform with various third-party API’s, such as Auth0 and Stripe, therefore unifying user data, ensuring that all updates to payment details and user information are synchronized across the backend.

Freelance Work – Web & Native Development (Jan 2022 – Jan 2023)

● Operated as the tech lead and principal developer working on a suite of user-facing business tools and internal software.

● Created a range of desktop Java applications interfacing with REST API’s and the file system.

● Provided DevOps for a number of websites, including static sites and client-facing web applications hosted on a number of services such as AWS Amplify, AWS S3, Netlify and Render.io.

● Integrated a range of third-party services and toolkit providers, including payment systems, authentication pipelines, email/SMS automation platforms and much more.

● Unified the aforementioned platforms and services with existing backends, allowing for greater flexibility, scaling capability and efficiency.

● Architected and maintained CI/CD pipelines for updating and deploying web applications, ensuring rapid deployment speeds, efficient versioning and rollback capabilities as well as provisioning for development and production environments.

Final Year Project – Mesh Network for General Purpose Computing (Oct 2020 – April 2021)

● Proposed and developed a solution for a world-wide general purpose GPU mesh network

● Developed algorithms relating to data transport, job weighting and job distribution

● Implemented and demonstrated an application which showcased the feasibility of the project
